Ivester Contemporary accepts payments by credit card, check, wire transfer and cash.

All purchases are returnable with prior authorization from an Ivester Contemporary representative. That authorization must be requested before re-delivery to the gallery. Shipping and handling charges are never refundable. 

The item(s) must be requested to be returned within 3 days of receipt and must be returned to the gallery within 10 days of receiving authorization. The item(s) must return to the gallery in the “like new” condition in the same packaging or similar packaging as it was received. The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping and insurance. Item(s) must be insured for their full value during transit back to the gallery. A signature is required by a gallery representative upon re-delivery.

All of the above must be observed by the purchaser in order to receive a refund. The purchaser will receive a refund less any restocking fee via the same method as used to make the original purchase. All refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt by the gallery.
